Gap closure with genomic comparison

The comparison was carried out when number of gaps was down to 140. Lactobacillus plantarum, Listeria monocytogenes, Enteroccoccus faecalis and Bacillus subtilis were used as template for comparison. A total of 76 hypothetical link between contigs were made, 39 of which revealed to be correct (51%).
