Lactobacillus sakei

This server is dedicated to the Lactobacillus sakei 23K genome. This sequencing and annotation project has been carried out by the Lactic Acid Bacteria and Meat Environment laboratory:

(FLEC laboratory) at I.N.R.A. Jouy-en-Josas.

The genome database was established in collaboration with Mathematics, Informatics and Genomes laboratory:

(MIG laboratory) at I.N.R.A. Jouy-en-Josas.

This site provides searches, navigations and comparative genomic analysis tools on the genome content. Some data are only accessible upon collaboration (limited access):

Genome Navigation Server
BLAST Server
Supplementary genome data
FindTarget Server (limited access)
Intra-species biodiversity
Check News on the Lactobacillus sakei Intranet (limited access)
